MrChimdi Chukwukere

My research interests centre on the intersection of management, technology, and organisations, with a particular focus on digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), organisational change and the social and managerial implications of emerging technologies. I am particularly interested in understanding how individuals and organisations respond to digital change, the factors that shape technology adoption and how organisations navigate the opportunities and challenges associated with digital innovation.

My wider interdisciplinary interests include digital security, cybersecurity, digital inclusion, technological governance, public policy, strategic foresight and the societal implications of technological innovation. Across these areas, I seek to advance understanding of how organisations and societies can navigate digital change in ways that foster innovation, preserve human agency, promote inclusion and support sustainable organisational outcomes.
