RESEARCH INTERESTS
Prof Kouzani provides research leadership in Smart Technologies, focusing on the design and development of integrated, connected, and autonomous systems, devices, circuits, and instruments incorporating sensing, actuation, control, wireless communication, Internet of Things (IoT), on-device artificial intelligence (AI), energy harvesting, and power management. The research addresses complex challenges across diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure, transportation, energy, mining, agriculture, and the environment, among others.
