BIO

Valerie Watchorn is a Senior Lecturer and Course Director in occupational therapy at Deakin University. Valerie is an experienced occupational therapist, educator and researcher whose work focuses on ways to enhance inclusion for people with disabilities, older adults, and neurodivergent individuals. Valerie is a member of the Deakin University HOME Strategic Research and Innovation Centre  (HOME SRIC – Delivering research that builds stronger neighbourhoods/).
