RESEARCH INTERESTS

Professor Crawford's research focuses on the role of nutrition and physical
activity in chronic disease prevention and management; development of
behaviour change strategies to improve health; population strategies to
promote healthy eating and physical activity.
Professor Crawford's research involves large scale population studies
including cross sectional population studies and cohort studies (including the
use of area based geo-spatial data) and intervention projects.

Knowledge Areas
The role of nutrition and physical activity in chronic disease prevention and
management; development of behaviour change strategies to improve health;
population strategies to promote healthy eating and physical activity.
