RESEARCH INTERESTS

Professor Riddell's nutrition science research program focused on two primary areas: The impact of the micronutrients iron, zinc, sodium and iodine on the health of general population; and dietary changes that occur in young adults as they transition into independent living and the influence of prior expose to food and nutrition education.

Professor Riddell's current research program is exploring the application of community of practice models in supporting sustainable education change through capacity building of staff.
