BIO
I'm a cyberpsychology researcher and registered Organisational Psychologist with two principal research streams. My cyberpsychology interests are particularly focused on interpersonal online behaviours for young adults, including sext dissemination and consent in online intimate relationships, cyberbullying, and gaming, and I approach this work with an intersectional focus, particularly in relation to the online experiences of trans and gender diverse individuals.
My organisational psychology interests are focused on work-life interface issues, including employment readiness and graduate employability, workplace inclusion and wellbeing, and the experiences of neurodivergent workers. I am skilled and experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation methods, as well as program logic and program explication, with a focus on prevention and intervention sciences.
