Social epidemiology; community interventions; gender theory & men's health; systems thinking; health inequalities; health inequalities; multilevel modelling; qualitative methods.
Projects:
Resource Use in Community Health Programs - This project is a partnership between The Department of Health Tasmania and The Australian Prevention Partnership Centre. It takes a complex adaptive systems approach to explore the micro-infrastructure of resources necessary for community programs to reduce chronic disease risk.
Scoping Review of Gender Sensitive Approaches to Men's Weight Loss - undertaken with Dieu Nguyen (Deakin University) and Daryll Archibald
