An Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Registered Nutritionist. Highly accomplished academic and researcher in nutrition and dietetics with over 15 years of experience in higher education and research institutions across Australia, Singapore and USA. Demonstrated excellence in research leadership, academic program development, and teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Adept at securing substantial competitive research funding, leading interdisciplinary research, and fostering industry-academic collaborations. Passionate about advancing health outcomes through evidence-based dietary strategies and mentoring the next generation of nutritionists, dietitians and scientists. Currently serve as Associate Editor of Nutrition & Dietetics, British Journal of Nutrition, and Nutrition Journal.
