TEACHING EXPERTISE

Dr Sze-Yen Tan teaches into both the undergraduate and postgraduate nutrition programs. He served as the Deputy Course Director for Bachelor of Nutrition Science (2019-2024), and was the Academic Lead in Clinical Trials, Design and Conduct (2024). He has chaired and taught the Lifespan Nutrition, Diet and Disease, Nutrition for Healthy Ageing, and International Perspectives in Food & Nutrition (study tour) units. Dr Tan has also supervised several postgraduate students undertaking research projects and systematic review projects.
