DrSherrica Senewiratne

Sherrica Senewiratne is an Organisational Psychologist and Lecturer, working in the undergraduate organisational psychology units and the Master of Psychology (Organisational). She is also a Board-Approved Supervisor, and has previously worked as a Senior Consultant, implementing evidence-based practices to address workplace challenges and developing learning resources for capability development programs. Her research interests span various workplace psychology domains, backed by her experience as a Senior Research Fellow and Research Assistant at Deakin University. Sherrica holds AFHEA status, emphasising her commitment to reflective practices and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
