RESEARCH INTERESTS
Sherrica's research interests lie primarily in the field of organisational psychology, with a particular focus on wellbeing and leadership. She is deeply interested in how evidence-based practices can be implemented to solve workplace problems and enhance employee and leader wellbeing, to help people enjoy their work. Her research encompasses various aspects of psychology in the workplace, including servant leadership, the impact of personal resources on depletion, and exploring languishing at work. Through her research, she aims to contribute to an improved understanding of psychological practices in diverse and evolving workplace environments, to ensure people enjoy the work they engage in.
Additionally, Sherrica is interested in supervising students who have a range of interests relevant to organisational psychology, and is open to discussing any topics of interest to consider collaborations.
