MrScott Field

Scott’s key role outside of teaching at Deakin is to develop and enhance the university’s connection to the sport industry.  He brings both a practical and an academic approach to this stakeholder management, and has developed valuable relationships in sport for Deakin University.

Scott also acts as a Senior Event Manager at the Melbourne Cricket Ground for the MCC, a role which cements his capacity to link practical and theoretical experiences within the field of sport event management.

The liaison Scott provides between sport businesses and organisations and Deakin University have delivered outstanding results to both parties.  He has created a key pathway for employability for students and talent recruitment for the sport industry.
