BIO
Celeste Chapple is an early-career researcher and educator at Deakin University with expertise in food systems, nutrition, food packaging, and consumer perceptions of food products. She has extensive experience in tertiary teaching, unit coordination, curriculum development, and research within the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN). Her research focuses on food packaging, sports foods, healthy and sustainable food systems, and consumer food behaviours, with multiple peer-reviewed publications in leading nutrition and public health journals. Celeste is passionate about translating complex nutrition and sustainability concepts into engaging and accessible learning experiences for students and the wider community.
