My philosophy is grounded  in the belief that education should support the holistic development of children, with a focus on play and its role in learning. I’m passionate about integrating outdoor education into the curriculum, as nature plays a vital role in children’s mental health and well-being. Outdoor learning fosters resilience, emotional regulation, and a sense of calm, all essential for balanced learners. This inspired me to introduce the Explorers Program at my school, where children take their learning outside, engaging with nature to enhance their education and promote emotional and social growth.
