BIO

Chamari Edirisinghe is a PhD candidate in Management at Deakin University. Her research explores the post-whistleblowing phase within organisations, with a particular focus on how whistleblowing impacts the lives of disclosers. Prior to commencing her PhD, Chamari completed a Master’s degree in Management, graduating at the top of her cohort. Her academic work reflects a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in business ethics, organisational justice, and employee well-being.
