TEACHING EXPERTISE

Dr Dias has over 10 years of experience in Academic University Teaching covering multidisciplinary topics including - Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Clinical Biochemistry, and, more recently, Analytical Food Chemistry.

 

He is the Unit Chair for HSN206 - Food Analysis and Quality Assurance (Trimester 1), the Unit Chair for HSN104 - The Science of Food (Trimester 2), and is one of the Deputy Course Directors for the Bachelor of Nutrition Sciences.
