DrRosey Chang

Rosey is experienced in teaching integrated, institution development programs for researchers from graduate researchers through to early-and-mid-career researchers.

At Deakin University, Rosey leads the conversation on graduate researcher careers in collaboration with the Director, Graduate Employability and the DeakinTALENT careers services team. The key program is Graduate Researchers' Careers Fest, offered annually. Rosey co-ordinates and co-facilitates the marquee course, "Driving your thesis to a successful completion" program -- where she also leads the team of PhD-holding accountability coaches.

Rosey holds special interest in graduate researcher experience, having devised and delivered researcher development programs, workshops and initiatives in the areas of academic writing, communication and publishing; self-management and project management; research ethics; career education; and researcher community building; and co-delivered a "finish strong" program in thesis completion.
